After two years of refusing to build a website I met Bill. He was so excited about what I was doing he offered to build one for me in exchange for naming my children after him. Jokes on you Bill, no kiddos here. No no maybe just a loaf or two or three. Thanks Bill.
So we are closing in on 2 years of operations here at Back-Alley Bread and its time to go....
I'd like to thank you all for your dedication to eating good bread and supporting me and my dream. It's been a pleasure.
.........Grow I mean. Time to grow. So this year I'll be looking into options that may allow me, to become us, and offer you, more. What kind of more? Well I don't want to make dutch crunch rolls or supply trashy white bread for the county. I was thinking more of what I already make but can't make enough. Along with adding some of the things the CFO license doesn't allow me to make like Pizza. Maybe some other savory options as well. And of course more pastries. Maybe some small batch coffee too. My only caveat is the desire to remain small and not become a boss and remain a baker with maybe a couple of other careers for bakers and business managers created. Small batch. Highest quality. Care for our Tasters.
Lets see what the next 2 years brings us
